Terms of use

Last updated 12 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the Boronia & Brick website (boroniaandbrick.com.au) and the digital volumes you may purchase through it. By using the site or buying a volume, you agree to these terms.

The seller

Boronia & Brick is a sole-trader business operating in Australia. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record. Your receipt and any tax invoice will be issued by Paddle.

What you are buying

Each volume is a high-resolution PDF intended for personal, non-commercial use. When you complete a purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:

  • Download the PDF for personal use
  • Print copies for your own use
  • Use printed copies as coloring books for yourself or as gifts

What you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PDF or its contents
  • Share the file with people who have not purchased it
  • Use the artwork in any commercial product or service
  • Claim authorship of the artwork or modify and redistribute it as your own
  • Use automated means to extract or scrape content from the site

Your library

Books you purchase remain available for re-download via your library for as long as Boronia & Brick operates. If we ever cease trading, we will give existing customers at least sixty days’ notice and the opportunity to download archival copies.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may be shown in your local currency by our payment processor. We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw volumes, or release new editions at any time. Once a purchase is complete, the price you paid is fixed for that order.

Disclaimer

The volumes are provided “as is.” While we take care to produce high-quality files, we make no warranty that the volumes will meet any specific need beyond what is described. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless the law gives you a stronger right.
