Refund policy
Last updated 12 May 2026
Because each volume is a digital download, our refund policy is specific to that format. We aim to be fair and quick.
When a refund is available
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided the PDF has not yet been downloaded. We can see from our records whether a download has been initiated for your order.
Once a volume has been downloaded, refunds are no longer available — the file is yours to keep regardless, and the nature of digital goods means we cannot recover or revoke it.
How to request a refund
Email hello@boroniaandbrick.com.au with the email address you used at checkout and the order number from your receipt. We will respond within two business days and, where eligible, issue the refund through Paddle, our payment processor. The amount typically returns to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty files
If a file is corrupted, fails to open, or is missing pages, we will repair and re-issue it free of charge. If a fix is not possible, we will provide a full refund regardless of download status.
Australian consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. If a digital product is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or matches its description, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
Who you’re buying from
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Boronia & Brick (sole trader, Australia) is the seller of the underlying work.
